Let’s look back at our milestones this year!
It’s been another eventful year, to say the least. 2022 had its fair share surprises, stumbling blocks, and successes, but we never stopped building together. Let’s take a look at what we achieved together in the past 12 months.
We started the year strong with the first Blocto Launchpad Starly, a launchpad and marketplace for gamified NFT collections. Over 38 million $BLT tokens were staked during the IDO period and a fulfillment rate of more than 95%. This was the first launchpad on Flow!
In June, the Blocto team headed to the Big Apple for NFT.NYC, where our founders Hsuan and Edwin shared their insights on blockchain accessibility and NFT utility. Online, we held virtual campaigns, AMAs, and bootcamps. We also broke past 1 million unique users in June! What a big milestone to cap off the first half of the year. 🎉
Come September, we held the very first Taiwan NFT Day, co-hosted with Dapper Labs. The event gathered industry leaders, blockchain startups, and media to take a look at recent NFT trends and discuss what the future of NFTs might look like.
October was a big month too. We started off strong with our #LFB NFT drop, which saw more than 232k limited-edition NFTs claimed with Blocto Wallet. Our Aptos integration was a success, bringing in more than 300k users within the first week of mainnet launch. By the way, signups are still ongoing for our #3 million Aptos Ecosystem Fund!
In November, we powered Solana Games Day 2022 as their official wallet sponsor. The Blocto team was present at Lisbon, where our co-founder and COO Edwin spoke to over 600 game devs and SOL fans, showcasing Blocto Wallet and what it can bring to the Solana ecosystem.
We didn’t slow down in December, either. Check out our new website and read all about our new logo and brand identity! During Taipei Blockchain Week, we also held BloctoCamp Taipei and Bloctopian Nite, in partnership with Aptos and Flow, respectively. And the cherry on top of this month? We blasted past 1.5 million unique users on Blocto Wallet! 🎉
